We use the public CINS Army subset, not the private CINS scoring service.
The original file is downloaded without alteration; only validated exact
IPv4 membership and source metadata are returned to individual queries.

use under GNU General Public License version 2. The original editable plain
text dataset is available at the original-file URL above.

membership is not proof of present abuse, and nonmembership is not a safety
rating. Each source currently covers IPv4. Source snapshots and refresh
state are stored separately from visitor queries; no query history is
stored in the catalog. The SHA-256 value identifies downloaded UTF-8 text,
not a publisher signature. Public upstream files may change after checking.
